Shipping

Providing timely, reliable shipping and safe delivery of your new artwork is something in which I take great pride.

Shipping to the lower 48 U.S. States only right now due to current pandemic limitations and supply chain issues.

Your professionally packaged art work will be shipped via USPS for domestic orders within 3 business days of purchase. Normal transit time is 3-7 business days. If you are in need of expedited service, please contact me prior to purchasing, and I will quote an express shipping rate.

DELIVERY TIMES

Original Art Work & Paintings - Ships within 1-3 days Allow 3-7 days for delivery.

Prints & Greeting Cards - Ships within 1-3 days Allow 3-7 days for delivery.

**Sally Van Nuys, Artist Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen orders after being delivered and confirmed through shipping carrier tracking. Please inquire with the carrier (USPS.)

Return & Refund Policies

It is my policy to make sure that every buyer of is completely happy with their artwork purchase. I am proud to say that I have had no returns or requests for refunds! In an effort to always keep clients happy, please contact me immediately upon delivery should any issue arise with your purchased artwork.

ORIGINAL ART

If for some reason, you are not happy with your original art, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. Please contact me before shipping the art back for a Return Authorization sheet.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the painting and RA form at the studio, in the pristine condition as sent to you. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

PRINTS

Since each print is created to order, full refunds can only be given on print orders in the rare case that there is a flaw in the printing or the art work is damaged (for shipping damage, please contact the carrier (USPS) for resolution;) photos of such damage must be provided. If you decide that the print is the wrong size, it doesn't match your decor , or you decide on a different piece of art, a return is not possible and no refund will be given for buyer’s remorse.
